We assume a lifelong commitment when we adopt a pet. There are no exceptions to this rule. However, not all dog owners seem to be aware of it.

The dog who had accepted that he was going to die is now doing well. He’s also said to be a foster failure! His adoptive mom can’t imagine a better home for him. The charming young man enchants everyone he meets. It doesn’t matter that he’s blind
